




At *Merca2.0* we are looking to hire a **creative, analytical, and passionate Community Manager with a strong interest in the digital environment**, who will help strengthen our social media presence and connection with our community. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in social media management (preferably in media outlets or digital agencies). * Knowledge of management tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc. * Proficiency in platforms: Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube. * Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing (Premiere, CapCut). * Understanding of metrics and digital analytics (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics). * Excellent spelling and writing adapted to different digital formats. **Responsibilities** * Manage the organization's social media channels (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). * Design content strategies that enhance brand positioning. * Create, write, and schedule posts (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.) aligned with the editorial line. * Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain active communication with the audience. * Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, CTR) and present reports with improvement proposals. * Coordinate with editorial, design, and sales teams for joint campaigns. * Identify digital trends (trendwatching) and propose new formats or dynamics. * Support the dissemination of multimedia content (podcasts, videos, coverage, and interviews). * Manage the organization's digital reputation and handle communication crises on social media. **Skills and competencies** * Clear and empathetic communication. * Continuous creativity and innovation. * Attention to detail and results-oriented. * Organizational and planning skills. * Proactive approach to news and trends. * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams. **Performance indicators (KPIs)** * Monthly follower growth and engagement. * Average reach and interactions per post. * Website traffic generated from social media. * Adherence to the publishing calendar. * Participation in successful campaigns or positive media mentions. **Working conditions** * **Modality:** In-person * **Location:** Mexico City (must live no more than one hour away from the offices). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, with availability for coverage or off-hours posting. * **Salary:** $12,000 gross per month * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits + life insurance.
