Due to expansion and growth, we are looking for: **IMSS SPECIALIST** What do you need? * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Finance, and/or Accounting * Experience managing HC of approximately 1,500 people * 3 years of experience in a similar position * Negotiation skills with institutions related to the position or role * Excellent attitude and adaptability working with large teams * Knowledge of payroll What will you do? * Manage IDSE and SUA portals, performing enrollments, terminations, modifications, and monthly and bimonthly payments of IMSS, RCV, and Infonavit contributions through the SUA system and confrontas * Submit affiliation movements such as enrollments, terminations, and salary modifications to the IMSS for employer records * Perform and submit calculation of contribution wage bases due to variability (integration of contribution wage bases according to variable income from the previous bimonthly period) for employer records * Generate and submit information for notice and submission of assessments for IMSS purposes for employer records * Perform calculation of Work Risk Premium for employer records; analyze cases closed in the previous year due to commuting accidents, work-related accidents, and occupational diseases, determining subsidized days due to disabilities, percentages for partial permanent disabilities, among others, obtaining the average number of days workers were exposed to risk throughout the year * Calculate worker-employer contribution payments for employer records * Maintain records of disabilities issued by the IMSS for employer records * Collaborate on job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor * Handle IMSS and Infonavit inspections WE OFFER: \* Competitive salary based on experience and skills, ranging from 17,000 to 18,000\. \* Work schedule: Monday to Friday and Saturday half-day Job type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Work location: On-site
