




**Technology Services Manager** **Location:** Santa Fe, CDMX **Work Mode:** 100% in-person **Job Description** We are seeking a **Technology Services Manager** with solid experience in IT service management and leadership of technology projects. This role will be critical to ensuring the proper operation, continuous improvement, and technological alignment with business objectives within a dynamic, results-driven organization that delivers high social impact in the healthcare sector. The person in this position will work closely with the General Management team and lead strategic initiatives, including managing critical technology platforms such as Salesforce, as well as coordinating internal teams and external technology vendors. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and ensure the efficient operation of the organization’s technology services. * Lead IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and budget adherence. * Oversee and monitor the operation and evolution of Salesforce and other technology platforms. * Coordinate internal teams and external vendors. * Propose technology improvements aligned with business needs. * Report progress, risks, and outcomes directly to General Management. * Adapt to an environment of constant change and project-based work. **Requirements** * **5 to 7 years** of experience in roles related to technology services, IT, or technology project management. * Prior experience in leadership or coordination positions. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with **Salesforce** (mandatory). * **Conversational English** proficiency. * A flexible, results-oriented profile with strong organizational skills. * Communication and leadership abilities. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund up to **5%**. * Monthly food vouchers worth **$500**. * Monthly performance bonus ranging from **$3,000 to $5,000**. * Parking, gym access, and English classes. * A socially impactful project focused on patient health and well-being.
