Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to lead a team, manage the full payroll cycle, and ensure legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Payroll team leadership and comprehensive process management 2. Proficiency in payroll calculation, severance payments, ISR, IMSS, and Infonavit 3. Responsible for employer compliance and report generation PAYROLL COORDINATOR · EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. · EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4 years in a similar position. - Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and databases. · RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate a team of 2 payroll executives. * Record payroll incidents and calculate payroll. * Calculate severance payments and indemnities. * Stamp payroll receipts. * Register and track vacations and medical leaves. * Calculate and manage ISR, ISN, and employer-employee contributions. * Knowledge of Infonavit and Fonacot. * General knowledge of the Social Security Law and Federal Labor Law. * Resolve payroll payment inquiries and clarifications with clients. * Generate payroll reports. * Solid knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, and REPSE. * Experience in employer compliance, IMSS filings, and file management.
