We are looking for top talent for the **Payroll Analyst** position at our Polanco office. RESPONSIBILITIES - Process payroll for multiple companies. - Perform reconciliations required by the accounting department. - Calculate payroll-related taxes. - Calculate IMSS contributions and payroll tax. - Calculate special payrolls (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). - Calculate and stamp payroll receipts. - Use payroll software (Contpaqi) for payroll determination. - Handle compliance-related procedures. REQUIREMENTS - Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience processing payroll for a workforce of 1,000 employees. - Proficiency in Contpaqi. - Experience with Admin, Nomipaq, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IMSS mailbox, SUA, IDSE, and REPSE. - Ability to interpret payroll tax regulations for CDMX, State of Mexico, and other jurisdictions. - Advanced Excel skills.
