Job Summary: Security professional responsible for access control, surveillance, monitoring, resident assistance, incident prevention, and emergency response. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive security management and access control. 2. Active intervention in emergency prevention and response. 3. Communication and coordination with administration. 1. Access Control Verifies the identity of visitors, vendors, and staff. Registers entries and exits. Authorizes entry only for pre-authorized individuals. 2. Surveillance and Patrols Conducts periodic patrols in common areas. Monitors entrances, cameras, and perimeter. Detects suspicious behavior. 3. Security Monitoring Monitors via CCTV system. Manages alarms and detectors. Reports security system failures. 4. Resident Assistance Provides support in daily situations. Maintains courteous and respectful interactions. 5. Incident Prevention Prevents theft, disturbances, and vandalism. Ensures compliance with internal regulations. Intervenes in minor conflicts. 6. Emergency Response Responds to fires, accidents, or medical emergencies. Notifies emergency services. Coordinates evacuations if necessary. 7. Reporting and Documentation Prepares daily reports on notable events. Documents any incidents or anomalies. 8. Coordination with Administration Maintains smooth communication with administration.
