Job Summary: We are seeking a Core Banking Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation of a new system, enhance services, and develop advanced technological solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the implementation of a new Core Banking system to improve service. 2. Develop innovative technological solutions and process automation. 3. Manage large volumes of information to detect risks. Grupo Salinas is a leading company in the innovation and development sector, committed to excellence and the professional growth of its employees. · We are currently looking for: Core Banking Implementation Consultant. · Objective: You will implement the new Core Banking system to build a more robust platform capable of serving a larger number of customers with improved service and trust. · What will be your role? You will design, develop, and implement new deposit products and services within the Core Banking system. You will configure the new Core Banking system to support end-user testing. You will ensure continuity across all stages of the implementation and post-implementation processes for financial products and services on the new Core Banking system. You will design and implement technological solutions to automate audit processes. You will manage large volumes of information to detect risks, anomalies, or deviations related to systems, transactions, and critical processes. You will develop dashboards, internal tools, and technological platforms. You will design anomaly and risk detection models using analytical techniques and artificial intelligence. You will create opportunities for operational efficiency through technology. Define and execute the technology innovation roadmap for Audit. · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field. 3 years of experience in a similar role within banking projects and processes, and process automation. Prior experience working in the Financial sector, Internal Audit, or Clearing House is essential. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Database management and usage skills. Advanced English. Knowledge of accounting, finance, regulatory frameworks, Agile methodology, Jira, and Confluence · What qualities would we like to see in you? · Accustomed to making decisions.
