




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to provide telephone customer service, assist with the use of the company's portal, and perform administrative tasks. Administrative tasks and document review Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk - Afternoon Shift Requirements Completed high school education Ages 20 to 45 Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, data entry, or as an administrative assistant. Responsibilities: Handling service-related telephone calls (not sales or collections) from customers. Assisting customers with using the company's portal. Reviewing digital documentation related to customer files. Managing support tickets. Performing administrative tasks. Work Location: Periférico Blvd. Manuel Ávila Camacho, Alcaldia Miguel Hidalgo. (reference: Hacienda los Morales, between Av. de las Palmas and Horacio Street). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Availability required for the first two weeks for training, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $9,000 MXN, plus statutory benefits.
