




**Job Description** We are looking for a *Bid Analyst* to integrate and manage public and private tender processes. The person will be responsible for reviewing calls for tenders, preparing technical and administrative documentation, and coordinating with different departments to submit complete and competitive proposals. **Responsibilities** * Analyze tender terms and conditions, including administrative, technical, and economic requirements. * Compile technical and financial proposals. * Coordinate information with internal departments (finance, operations, legal, sales, etc.). * Prepare quotations, cost analyses, and pricing structures. * Upload documents to platforms (Compranet and other portals). * Follow up on clarifications, opening meetings, status updates, and results. * Maintain updated digital and physical tender archives. * Monitor new tenders and business opportunities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in tenders or similar administrative roles. * Knowledge of public procurement (desirable). * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office suite. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
