Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to comprehensively manage a hardware store, ensure sales budget targets are met, and implement customer service policies. Implementing customer service and company policies A leading hardware retail chain, CADENA 24, is looking for talented individuals to join our new team as: **STORE SUPERVISOR** REQUIREMENTS: Age: 27–45 years old Education: Completed high school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree (verifiable) Marital status: Any Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Store opening and closing. * Comprehensive store management. * Preparing and ensuring adherence to the sales budget. * Managing purchase orders. * Receiving merchandise. * Ensuring store cleanliness and maintenance. * Monitoring stock levels and keeping inventory up to date. * Organizing orders and deliveries, if required. * Daily cash register reconciliation. * Ensuring implementation of customer service policies. * Designing campaigns and strategies to improve sales. CAPABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES: * Budget administration. * Implementation of company policies. * Assisting in interviews and staff hiring. * Training employees. * Expense control. * Managing meal breaks, leave requests, and absences.
