Real advancement to Operational Management and strategic participation COLLECTION OPERATIONS MANAGER A leading debt recovery firm is currently seeking a Collection Business Manager to lead operational structures and guarantee KPI and recovery objective compliance. Work location: Barranca del Muerto, CDMX On-site mode Full-time Base salary: $18,000 MXN net per month Variable commissions: $15,000 MXN per month Responsibilities: * Supervision of managers and operational teams * Monitoring and KPI compliance * Productivity and recovery analysis * Implementation of operational strategies * Team development and strengthening * Reporting results to General Management Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree * \+5 years of experience in call center collections * \+2 years leading managers or coordinators * Experience in collection agencies, fintech, or financial sector * Proficiency in operational and recovery KPIs * Leadership and results-oriented mindset Desirable knowledge: * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel * Collection CRM * Power BI (desirable) * Operational planning * We offer: * Excellent compensation package * Real advancement to Operational Management * Job stability * Professional development * Strategic participation within the company Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
