




DESCRIPTION After raising USD 15 million in venture capital and building a network of 150\+ nano\-branches across Mexico, Aviva is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and develop a high\-performing nationwide sales org. As Head of Sales, you will own a core pillar of Aviva’s go\-to\-market strategy. Our sales teams are the pioneers and the human bridge” bringing premium financial services to non\-metropolitan communities. Beyond leading our team of branch managers, you will be a key stakeholder in our mission to build the sales organization of the future. We have invested in a world\-class product and BI team to automate 100% of administrative sales leadership tasks and to create the most engaging frontline seller experience globally—featuring innovations such as VR\-powered sales training and real\-time, automated feedback on performance metrics. ### **Responsibilities** * Own sales targets for Aviva’s kiosk network and report directly to the VP of Sales * Manage Aviva’s kiosk sales team: hire, train, coach, and oversee branch managers * Champion and embed Aviva’s culture across a diverse and geographically distributed sales team * Partner closely with the Sales Operations team to co\-lead Aviva’s mission of building the sales org of the future * Conduct regular field visits to monitor and support sales performance ### **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience managing high\-performing sales teams * Proven ability to increase productivity and consistently achieve sales goals * Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of unlocking team potential * Experience managing face\-to\-face sales, ideally to consumers or small businesses * Customer\-centric and impact\-driven mindset * Familiarity with modern CRMs and next\-generation sales tools * Willingness to travel 1–4 days per week (average 2–3 days) * Fluent in Spanish
