**Your Role:** In this position, you will promote and sell products and services from the CMC\&GM business unit to healthcare professionals designated by the company, in order to drive demand within an assigned territory/route. Among your main responsibilities are creating and executing Action Plans to achieve business objectives, using assigned resources appropriately and efficiently in line with company policies, carrying out activities defined by the Marketing department both inside and outside the physician’s office (e.g., one-on-one meetings outside the office, physician training workshops, etc.), as well as controlling, promoting, and selling the business unit’s products and services at assigned customer sales points to meet your route’s sales targets.
As a CMC \& GM Sales Representative, you must work effectively and use all assigned promotional tools, market analysis resources, and medical visit tracking and reporting systems. You must adhere to the company's sales techniques and strictly comply with established norms and processes within a compliance framework.

* Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
