




Position Summary: Leads support and infrastructure teams, ensuring operational reliability and improving service quality, system uptime, and cybersecurity. Key Highlights: 1. The Technical Support and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the stability, availability, security, and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure and end-user support services. This role leads support and infrastructure teams, ensuring reliability of daily operations and continuously improving service quality, system uptime, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency across multiple locations. More than 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support roles. More than 3 years in leadership or management positions. Strong knowledge of: **Networks (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN, routing/switching)** Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 **Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)** Backup tools, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions. Experience supporting multi-site environments.
