Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with IT experience to lead projects in the insurance sector, applying Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, and possessing strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in Scrum and Waterfall methodologies An insurance company in CDMX is seeking: PROJECT MANAGER Profile: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field * **English: B2 Conversational** (assessed via oral exam) · **Strongly preferred: hands-on experience with AI tools, or at least foundational knowledge and understanding of them** Skills Required: * 5 years of experience as a Project Manager * Experience in the IT sector * Problem solving and strategic thinking * High stress tolerance and frustration management * Strong negotiation skills * Clear and effective communication * Leadership and teamwork * Ability to interact with various organizational levels * Capacity to analyze and synthesize information * Attention to detail * Proficiency in Scrum and Waterfall methodologies Desirable: experience in the insurance sector Desirable: experience managing project budgets **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Oversight of assigned project definition, planning and resource allocation, team coordination, risk identification and mitigation, tracking, monitoring and control, reporting, presentations, conflict resolution, project closure, etc. * Activities involving project management, reporting, and closure We offer: · Salary: $50,000 net monthly · Statutory benefits · Life insurance · GMM health insurance · Hybrid work model Work location: Lomas de Sotelo, Toreo, CDMX Salary: Up to $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Experience: * Project Manager: 5 years (Preferred) * AI tool usage: 2 years (Preferred) Language: * English B2 – Conversational (Preferred) Workplace: Hybrid remote work in Lomas de Sotelo, CDMX
