




Position Objective: Lead and coordinate the installation operations of large-format printing products, block letters, lighted signs, and vinyl, ensuring resource optimization, delivery quality, and compliance with client-established timelines. The role is oriented toward a senior profile with extensive experience in the sector, preferably 50 years of age or older, to guarantee expert and consolidated management and team leadership. Responsibilities: 1\. Talent acquisition and management: o Recruit, select, and develop internal (primarily) and external installers with experience in: Working at heights of 12, 15, and up to 25 meters. Installation of ACM panels, lettering, lighted signs, vinyls, and large-format banners. Knowledge of electrical installation. o Ensure that the installation team complies with safety regulations and holds the necessary certifications. 2\. Cost and financial management: o Conduct market research and define the catalog of concepts and unit prices within the sector. o Control and analyze operational expenses, manage suppliers, and track expenditures by category. o Control of fixed, variable, direct, and indirect costs. o Prepare budgets, analyze variances, and adjust strategies accordingly. 3\. Logistics and installation coordination: o Plan and coordinate nationwide logistics for products, ensuring they arrive in optimal condition for installation. o Supervise final product inspection and manage its transportation and loading for installation. o Meet agreed-upon deadlines with clients, monitoring crew progress and reporting incidents. 4\. Leadership and personnel management: o Lead internal and external teams with a results-oriented approach, applying organizational policies firmly, impartially, and without emotional bias. o Develop resilient teams capable of working under pressure and in adverse conditions. o Implement preventive and strategic leadership, anticipating problems and pursuing continuous improvement. 5\. Customer relations: o Maintain excellent communication and service with both internal and external customers. o Ensure customer expectations regarding quality and delivery times are met. o Manage conflict resolution and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient follow-up. 6\. Strategic planning and decision-making: o Make decisions based on cost-benefit analysis and scenario simulation. o Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. o Identify opportunities and risks, adapting to environmental changes. Requirements: 1\. Education: o Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. o Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 2\. Experience: o Minimum of 5 years in similar roles. o Advantageous if the candidate has a work history of growth and effort, starting from entry-level positions and demonstrating career progression within organizations. o Proven experience in team management, cost control, and logistics. 3\.
