Job Summary: Quality Engineer responsible for managing corrective and preventive actions, participating in continuous improvement, and addressing quality issues with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Scrap reduction projects Quality Engineer We are seeking our next Quality Engineer, who will internally manage corrective and preventive actions for customer-reported issues, actively participate in continuous improvement, and address quality issues with direct material suppliers. **Responsibilities and Key Activities:** * Quality assurance with customers * Develop solutions for customer non-conformities; ensure compliance with customer specifications. **Coordinate corrective and preventive actions** * Track customer complaints. * Ensure controlled processes * Control of non-conforming product, LPA process audits, product audits **Ensure in-line product/process quality.** * Scrap reduction * Scrap reduction projects targeting top contributors. **SKILLS OR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** 1\. Problem-solving analysis, 8D (desirable) 2\. Core tools (desirable) 3\. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 4\. Knowledge of statistical process control 5\. Intermediate / Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) 6\.
