Group Promoter Manager Position Objective Plan, coordinate and supervise the promotion and sales strategies of the group of promoters under their responsibility, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives, quality customer service, and strengthening of brand presence in the market. Main Functions * Set goals and work plans for the promoter team at a group level. * Supervise the fulfillment of performance indicators (sales, customer acquisition, market coverage, etc.). * Train and motivate the team to optimize their performance. * Coordinate promotional strategies at points of sale, events, and special campaigns. * Evaluate results and propose improvements in promotion processes and tactics. * Manage promotional resources and materials. * Report progress, incidents, and results to management. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Knowledge: * Credit and collections management procedures. * Report generation and data entry skills. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Experience: * Minimum of 1 year in credit granting and/or collections management. * Minimum of 1 year leading work teams.
