Compilation of information for internal and external audits. Knowledge of contribution and tax processes. Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments in SUA and IDSE. Management of food vouchers. Filing and payment of contributions: IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT, and the 3% payroll tax. Calculation and management of bonuses (aguinaldos), profit-sharing (PTU), vacations, and premiums.
