




RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION COORDINATOR Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or Human Resources (Graduated). * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Recruitment and Selection area (100% field or external). * Experience managing personnel Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection of personnel * Incident management * Contract and file administration * Analysis and assessments of work environment climate * Analysis, generation, and implementation of development actions * Development of succession plans * KPIs per position * Talent identification and retention * Compliance with established processes We Offer: Monthly gross salary from $23,000 to $25,000 Statutory benefits Life insurance Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 hrs (2 hours for lunch) and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs Location: Patriotismo Metro or Metrobús
