### **Payroll Coordinator – Santa Fe** We are looking for someone to lead the complete payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and trust. **What you will do:** * Manage end-to-end payroll: calculation, stamping, disbursement, and control. * Perform prorations, reconciliations, and budget reporting (budget). * Administer invoicing, taxes, and accounting closing processes. * Coordinate payroll outsourcing, audits, and assessments. * Supervise vacation platforms and payroll reports. * Handle tax requirements and collaborate with Labor Relations and Finance. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required). * More than 5 years of experience in comprehensive payroll management. * Solid knowledge of labor, tax, and social security regulations. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and payroll systems (SAP, Nomipaq, Odoo or similar). * Analytical, reliable profile with a results-oriented focus. * Teamwork, interpersonal skills, and collaborative attitude. **Location:** Santa Fe **Reports to:** Human Resources Department PARKS Industrial offers a challenging and rewarding work environment, professional growth opportunities, and a competitive compensation package.
