**Import Analyst** **Main Responsibilities** * Review and validate import documentation (invoice, packing list, certificates, and Carta Porte). * Coordinate operations with customs agents at border crossings and seaports. * Track shipments originating from Asia, Europe, and the United States destined for Mexico. * Manage procedures with shipping lines and freight forwarders, including container tracking, port release, and negotiation of transit times. * Maintain effective communication with international suppliers, customs agencies, and internal departments involved. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum of 3 years supporting end-to-end import management; proficiency in foreign trade processes with suppliers and agents in Asia, Europe, and the United States. Experience handling customs operations, including customs declarations (pedimentos), tariff classifications (fracciones arancelarias), and knowledge of trade agreements such as USMCA/T-MEC, ALADI, etc. Procedures with shipping lines and customs agents Up-to-date on fiscal matters (tariff taxes) * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or Customs Specialization * Intermediate to advanced English (verifiable) **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $15,000 to $18,000, depending on experience. * Comprehensive benefits starting on day one (grocery vouchers, funeral expense coverage, birthday leave, bereavement leave, wedding leave, paternity leave, education scholarships for employees and their children), and others * Grocery vouchers: $1,200 Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have knowledge of trade agreements and treaties such as USMCA/T-MEC, ALADI, and agreements with Europe and Asia? * Do you review and validate import documentation (invoice, packing list, certificates, and Carta Porte)? * Do you manage procedures with shipping lines and freight forwarders, including container tracking, port release, and negotiation of transit times?
