You ensure your responsibilities contribute to plant productivity by delivering products on time to meet customer demand. You perform physicochemical analyses of hormones, raw materials, and finished products according to established procedures and methodologies. You deliver analytical results within the quarantine period and participate in training other laboratory analysts. You contribute to continuous process improvement and participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs. **Who You Are:** * Education: Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology, Chemical Pharmacy and Biology, Industrial Pharmacy or related field. In final internship phase or graduated. * Languages: Technical English. * Competencies: Decisive, results-oriented, collaborative, inclusive mindset. * Knowledge: Quality Control, Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 14001:2004 standard. * Experience: 2 years in the same position or similar role in the pharmaceutical sector and sample analysis using laboratory instruments. * Computer skills: SAP, ManGo, Trackwise, Empower. * Other desirable characteristics: Ability to implement changes and improvements in processes. **What We Offer:** We are curious minds coming from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
