Excellent work environment **JUNIOR PROCESS ENGINEER** ---------------------------- We seek talent with an analytical mindset and passion for industrial processes and manufacturing to join our Methods and Procedures team. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Time, motion, and waste studies * Evaluation and analysis of current processes * Process identification and documentation * Development of flowcharts and process mapping * Implementation of operational improvements * Process automation using computer tools and artificial intelligence * Process, manual, and documentation audits * Incident follow-up and continuous improvement * Control and updating of databases and documentation ### **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related degree * Basic experience or knowledge in methods and procedures * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM) is desirable * Basic familiarity with Visio is desirable * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Proactivity and results orientation ### **Competencies:** * Efficiency * Persistence * Initiative * Analytical ability * Attention to detail ### **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $11,000 * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional training and development * Excellent work environment Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Interested candidates should apply by submitting an updated CV through this channel.
