Important company in the Energy sector is seeking talent for its accounting department Position: **Senior Accountant / Advanced English** Location: Miguel Hidalgo / Polanco **Experience and knowledge:** · \+ 5 years in a similar position · \+ 5 years in the Energy sector or related industry · \+ 8 years in general accounting **· Big4 background** · Preparation of the four **consolidated financial statements**, monthly, quarterly, and annual (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Cash Flow Statement) at different consolidation levels. · Ensure compliance with local and international tax and accounting regulations **(IFRS and NIF)**. · Coordinate with all financial and operational departments to collect complete information for audited financial statements and accompanying notes. · Prepare work papers supporting the application of accounting standards. · Provide detailed financial reports for strategic decision-making. · Coordinate **internal and external audits**, providing necessary documentation. · Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks by establishing and maintaining effective internal controls over financial information. · Perform general accounting for holding, operating, or service companies assigned. · **Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements for a group of companies** · Identify financial risks based on the application of financial standards. **Requirements** Advanced English (reports to US) CP.
