Opportunity with a highly specialized pharmaceutical logistics company **HIGHLY SPECIALIZED PHARMACEUTICAL LOGISTICS COMPANY SEEKING:** **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical degree, Industrial Engineering, or Bachelor's degree in Administration 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, and personnel management **PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (only candidates with pharma industry experience will be considered)** **Competencies:** * Analytical ability * Decision-making skills * Negotiation skills * Leadership * Integrity and ability to work under pressure **Software** * SAP **JOB OBJECTIVE:** * Ensure compliance with operational procedures for the assigned area. * Plan daily operations by performing workload balancing. * Meet contractual deadlines with various clients. * Properly manage personnel (schedules, shifts, overtime, leave requests, and vacations). * Identify and report deviations from safety procedures and guidelines to enable timely and appropriate correction. * Monitor product inbound and outbound times in the WMS. * Supervise proper adherence to safety guidelines. * Supervise order processing and/or material receipt. * Supervise handover of pending tasks between previous and subsequent shifts. * Supervise delivery of documents upon client request. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant meal vouchers * Life insurance PLEASE APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant meal vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
