We are SECORSE, a portfolio management company specializing in the recovery of various types of credit. · Posting job vacancies, attracting candidates, and coordinating interviews. Applying filters and assessments to ensure selection of suitable profiles. Delivering onboarding and specialized training courses for new hires. Designing and updating instructional materials and training methodologies. Coordinating with different departments to address training needs and support special activities. Preparing recruitment and training reports, ensuring compliance with talent metrics. Supporting administrative tasks and employee assistance. · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; Saturday, 08:00–15:30 hrs.
