Job Summary: Compusof Mexico is seeking a Field Technical Support professional to diagnose failures and perform maintenance and repairs of computer equipment on-site. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (at least 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair Laser printers Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Router, Switch, and Network Switch configuration Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by the client. Replace components, track incidents, handle and close reports. 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or technical failure requests from users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
