Job stability Execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of video surveillance (CCTV) and access control systems, guaranteeing proper equipment operation and adherence to technical and security standards. Responsibilities and Duties • Installation and configuration of CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR, IP systems). • Installation of access control systems (readers, electromagnetic locks, panels). • Conduit piping (codric) installation. • Pulling, punching down, and basic certification of Category 6 and 6A structured cabling. • Reading and interpreting basic blueprints. • Functional testing and commissioning. • Field fault diagnosis and resolution. • Preventive and corrective maintenance. • Preparation of service reports. • Compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE. Requirements Education: • Technical degree in electronics, telecommunications, networking, or related field. Experience: • 2 to 4 years installing CCTV and access control systems. Technical Knowledge: • CCTV systems (analog and IP). • Access control (card-based, biometric). • Conduit piping (codric) installation. • Category 6 and 6A structured cabling. • Use of tools (drill, punch-down tool, multimeter, network tester). • Basic network configuration (IP addressing).
