Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Data Visualizer with numerical logic and analytical thinking to support data entry, organization, cleaning, cross-referencing, visualization, and analysis of databases for strategic decision-making. This position will support the intelligence, media, and sponsorship teams in **data entry, organization, cleaning, cross-referencing, visualization, and database analysis**, as well as in generating visual reports and actionable insights to facilitate strategic decision-making. We are not merely seeking someone to input information. We seek a person who can **understand data, question it, organize it, detect inconsistencies, visualize results, and uncover value within information**. Position Objective Support the construction, organization, and visualization of information related to **markets, audiences, brands, media, events, and sponsorships**, through the orderly handling of databases, reports, charts, tables, and dashboards that facilitate analysis and decision-making. Main Responsibilities * Data entry, cleansing, and database organization. * Information cleaning and detection of errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies. * Creation of tables, charts, and visual reports. * Data cross-referencing in Excel and Google Sheets. * Support in market, media, audience, and sponsorship analysis. * Preparation of executive reports with clear, organized, and visual information. * Support in dashboards, presentations, and client deliverables. * Basic data interpretation to generate actionable conclusions. * Tracking of KPIs, metrics, and historical datasets. * Support in preparing information for internal and commercial presentations. * Data validation prior to report delivery. * Organization of files, databases, and working documents. Ideal Profile Completed bachelor’s degree or final semesters in: * Marketing. * Economics. * Administration. * Statistics. * Mathematics. * Actuarial Science. * Finance. * Engineering. * Data Science. * Communications with a focus on market research. * Related disciplines with an analytical emphasis. Technical, administrative, or commercial profiles with practical experience in **data entry, reporting, data visualization, information analysis, or market research** will also be considered.
