We require: **Warehouse Assistant** Objectives: - Inventory Integrity and Accuracy. - Control of Flow and Processes in the ERP system. - Operational Efficiency. - Order, Cleanliness, and Safety. Responsibilities: * Ensure stock reliability: Guarantee that physical stock matches theoretical stock in the ERP system by 99%. * Perform Cycle Counts: Conduct daily or weekly preventive audits on high-turnover items (ABC classification) to avoid discrepancies at month-end closing. * Reduce Shrinkage: Minimize losses due to improper handling, expiration, or physical damage of goods. * Real-Time Recording: Ensure all receipts (purchases/returns) and issues (sales/transfers) are entered into the system at the time they occur, eliminating paper-based delays. * First-In, First-Out (FIFO) Management. Requirements: * Minimum 2 **years** of experience as a warehouse clerk (preferably in a factory or industrial setting). * Basic inventory knowledge. * Familiarity with PEPS / FIFO (desirable). * Completed high school education. * Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude. * Physical stamina and ability to work effectively in a team.
