Ensure quality and color consistency across suppliers Textile Product Development Engineer **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Engineering, Textile Chemistry, or related field. Required Experience * 3–5 years of experience in textile development or production. * Proven experience in tendering processes. * Experience creating BOMs, Tech Packs, and technical specifications. **What You’ll Do:** The Senior Textile Engineer is responsible for leading technical validation and approval of textile materials from development through to volume production, ensuring compliance with brand standards for physical, mechanical, chemical, and color properties. Acts as the key technical authority for decision-making, minimizing production risks and ensuring quality and color consistency across suppliers. **Responsibilities and Knowledge** Customer and Product Knowledge: * Deepen understanding of customers, processes, products, and their needs to ensure developed products meet their expectations. * Ensure all necessary documentation—including products and technical specifications—is available for tenders. * Know project processes thoroughly to manage coordination within the area with developers and the spec bid manager, covering all steps, processes, and timelines required per project and per customer. Pre-Production Management: * Coordinate and lead pre-production meetings to discuss and review product details prior to manufacturing. * Ensure alignment among all involved parties and smooth execution of the pre-production process. Technical Documentation Creation: * Develop and maintain up-to-date Embellishment BOMs, child BOMs (Bill of Materials), child Tech Packs (TPs), and child Technical Specifications (TS) for assigned projects within your zone—without modifying master documents. * Collaborate with the Spec Bid Manager to ensure technical specifications are validated and suitable for tenders. Project Tracking: * Achieve 100% compliance with the Control Dashboard. * Track tenders to ensure required information is available to secure award of contracts. * Ensure all elements needed to fulfill tender requirements per project are available—e.g., samples, laboratory test reports, etc. * Continuously monitor projects to ensure adherence to established timelines and objectives. * Ensure all aspects of development and production processes align with defined plans and standards. * Ensure 100% compliance with tender process meetings. * Manage and control tender samples. * Ensure laboratory testing for tenders. **Location:** Primero de Mayo and Periférico area, Naucalpan de Juárez **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. **Work Modality:** 100% on-site **Salary:** $25,000 gross monthly **Benefits:** * **From Day One:** Statutory benefits * **Upon Permanent Hiring:** Enhanced benefits (grocery vouchers, savings fund, and punctuality bonus) **If you meet the profile and seek to join an industry-leading company, this is your opportunity.**
