This position follows a hybrid work model, based at the BBVA Parques Polanco Corporate Office. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute platform optimization and continuous improvement of Salesforce to ensure optimal performance. * Address regulatory requirements, manage vulnerabilities, and mitigate technological obsolescence. * Manage early alerts and error correction. * Guarantee application health through constant monitoring and adherence to development best practices. * Provide specialized technical support for production environments to ensure business continuity. * Support non-impact testing and technical validations. * Assist in executing and validating production changes. **Job Challenges** The person in this role must demonstrate high self-sufficiency to deliver results swiftly in a high-demand environment. The main challenge lies in applying deep tool expertise to solve complex problems while providing technical guidance and mentoring to Junior team members. **Requirements** **Knowledge and Experience** **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Expert-level mastery of Salesforce (Objects, Flows, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components). * Advanced proficiency in APEX programming language and SOQL queries. * Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles applied to Salesforce. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Foundational knowledge of Java and web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * Experience or familiarity with Marketing Cloud. * Knowledge of Salesforce Analytics. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems, or related field. **Experience:** * 3–5 years of experience in development within the Salesforce ecosystem. **Key Competencies** * **Execution-focused** * **Effective communication** * **Continuous learning** * **Empowerment** **"This vacancy participates in a feedback pilot program.
