As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will participate in the operation, stability, and continuous improvement of production applications, ensuring their proper functioning and evolution within a critical business environment. This position follows a hybrid work model, based at the BBVA Parques Polanco Corporate Office. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain focus on **Application Health** to ensure optimal performance of tools. * Provide **production support** and promptly address errors. * Execute tasks for **optimization and continuous improvement** of existing processes in Salesforce. * Address regulatory requirements and manage correction of technological vulnerabilities or obsolescence. * Monitor and manage early warnings to prevent service incidents. * Support non-impact testing and technical validations. * Support execution and validation of production changes. **Job Challenges** The main challenge of this role is accelerating your **learning curve on internal banking processes**, maintaining a proactive and continuously learning attitude to rapidly master the bank’s technical architecture and anticipate potential operational failures. **Requirements** **Knowledge and Experience** * **Mandatory Knowledge:** Proficiency in Salesforce (objects, SOQL, Flows), APEX language, and solid foundations in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). * **Desirable Knowledge:** Basic programming skills in Java; web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Systems, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years of development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. **Key Competencies** * **Continuous Learning** * **Execution Focus** * **We Are One Team** * **Effective Communication** **How to Apply?** If you are interested and wish to join this team, this opportunity is for you!
