Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. **Join TuDOC as a Flexible-Coverage General Physician and help improve the health of our patients** **At TuDOC, you don’t compete for salary—you compete for prestige, clinical quality, and clarity.** **Job Objective:** Ensure continuity of medical services by covering absences, disabilities, vacations, and staff rotation. **General Responsibilities** * Primary-level medical consultation conducted in-office, at home, at corporate sites, and remotely. * Manage and coordinate patient diagnosis and treatment. * Care for patients with chronic degenerative diseases. * Provide treatment and follow-up for patients. * Prescribe and interpret complementary or diagnostic studies. * Perform medical procedures such as suturing, otic irrigation, dressings, suture removal, etc. * Maintain clinical records in the internal system per NOM-004. * Analyze and document clinical cases. * Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for patient well-being. * Participate in health promotion and prevention programs. * Submit periodic reports. **Requirements** * Minimum two years’ prior experience as a General Physician, preferably in clinics or hospitals, verifiable. * Knowledge of clinical practices and health regulatory standards. * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate efficiently. * Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, with official title and license. * Personal vehicle is mandatory. * Flexible schedule availability to rotate shifts and clinics according to operational needs. **Benefits** “We care for people—starting with our team.” * A collaborative and stimulating work environment. * Access to resources and continuous training, including BLS, ACLS, and ATLS courses. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. * Fee-for-service contract with earnings of $25,000.00 MXN, plus productivity bonuses. * Civil Liability Insurance. * Monthly and quarterly bonuses. * Complimentary uniforms. * Parking or parking meter reimbursement. * Shifts: Rotating, based on operational requirements. * Work locations: Santa Fe, Bosques de las Lomas, Lomas de Chapultepec, Lomas de Tecamachalco, Polanco, Condesa, Altavista.
