




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to design and define data processes, ensure data integrity and quality, and contribute to the corporate data architecture. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in various initiatives by aligning business needs and rules to data flow design, ensuring data integrity and quality, while also adhering to Iconn’s corporate data architecture. You will contribute to our organization’s success by performing the following activities: Role 1: Data Process Design and Definition * Design data flows—from ingestion, transformation, and preparation—to adequately support business processes and analytical requirements. * Design integration processes to centralize data across the company’s various transactional and satellite systems within the corporate data architecture. * Capable of applying best practices in the design, construction, and optimization of data flows. * Ensure consistency, integrity, and traceability of enterprise information. * Ability to leverage new technologies or tools to optimize data processes (ingestion, transformation, preparation, cleansing, etc.). * Actively participate in projects implementing, enhancing, or extending data capabilities at Iconn. * Identify and mitigate data integrity risks (uniqueness, consistency, and validity). Role 2: Functional\-Technical Data Translator * Analytical and abstract thinking capability to translate business requirements into efficient and sustainable data processes. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business data needs (ingestion and transformation) are properly understood. * Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding data flows, transformations, and data structures in which you participate. * Participate in functional\-technical design sessions for new features or information requirements. Role 3: Change Impact Assessor * Analyze impacts of changes on data flows resulting from process adjustments, integrations, or regulatory updates. * Ensure changes do not cause inconsistencies, duplications, or loss of integrity. * Perform cross-validations between different source systems and the data models built within the corporate data architecture. * Ability to identify improvements or optimizations leveraging new technologies and/or tools to enable more resource- and time-efficient data processes. Role 4: Integration with Corporate Data Architecture * Capable of understanding and interpreting information sources to design data flows and transformations that facilitate analytical and integration initiatives. * Guarantee that data can be consumed by analytical platforms and business intelligence systems. * Collaborate with data architects and analytics developers to ensure shared understanding of the data. * Participate in defining data catalog, lineage, and information traceability. **Professional Education:** * Systems Engineering degree and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science **Knowledge:** * ETL tools (IBM DATA STAGE or INFORMATICA, SAP DATA SERVICES) * Advanced SQL * Snowflake * Python **Experience:** * Information sources, in collaboration with architects * Connecting data sources, ETL integration platforms, and cloud-based data ingestion (AWS) * Establishing connections and analyzing information San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León At Iconn, we believe all individuals have the right to equal employment opportunities; therefore, our Talent Attraction and Selection process is based solely on the inherent requirements of the position.
