Review of projects in accordance with Internal Regulations A reputable company with over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector as residential developers is seeking your talent as a **PROJECT ARCHITECT.** **Position Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (**Graduated**) * Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years in the development of executive housing projects. * Advanced proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign); Microsoft Office suite **Position Responsibilities** * Support timely and accurate development of various projects. * Conceptual, architectural, and executive project design and development. * Drafting of technical drawings, presentations, diagrams, sketches, bulletins, etc. * Review of executive project information in accordance with Internal Project Regulations. * Tracking of drawing revisions based on construction changes and recommendations. * Basic knowledge of building codes and minimum habitable area requirements. * General criteria for installations and structural systems. **Additional Benefits and Compensation** * Monthly salary ranging from MXN 14,000 to MXN 16,000. * Statutory benefits. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES MUST SUBMIT AN UPDATED RESUME AND PORTFOLIO** Salary: $14,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Experience: * Project Architect: 2 years (Mandatory) * AutoCAD: 3 years (Mandatory) * SketchUp: 3 years (Mandatory) * Adobe Photoshop: 3 years (Mandatory) * Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (Mandatory) * Adobe InDesign: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
