A company dedicated to organizing experiential workshops aimed at improving workplace atmosphere and increasing employee productivity is seeking an Operator. **Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Completed secondary school (minimum) / Technical degree preferred. * **Minimum Work Experience:** 2 years in a similar position. **Required Technical Knowledge** * Handling of materials and tools. * Basic maintenance knowledge. * Basic electrical knowledge (preferred). * Audiovisual equipment handling (preferred). * Proficiency with basic Windows software packages (preferred). **Actual Job Responsibilities:** * Procurement and expense verification. * Vehicle washing and maintenance. * Completion of vehicle logbooks and video documentation of vehicle conditions. * Assistance in material preparation and repair. * Pre-assembly, assembly, and disassembly of workshop materials. * Final inspection of materials prior to deployment. * Packing of materials for transportation. * Equipment inspection and testing before each event. * Driver and courier duties. * Warehouse assistant support. * Photography support during workshops. * Time management support during workshop execution. * Participation in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings. * Participation in weekly operations meetings. * Operation of audiovisual and lighting equipment. * Basic warehouse maintenance. * Verification of vehicle conditions (fuel level, tools, and complete equipment). * Completion of personal activity logbooks. * Participation in pre-workshop meetings. **Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Responsibility. * Discipline and structure. * Honesty and integrity. * Adaptability. * Willingness to learn. **Additional Requirements:** * Excellent physical condition and health status. * Valid driver's license. * Availability for travel. * No alcohol, drug, or narcotic use. **Working Hours and Schedule:** * Full-time (Monday to Friday) * Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM. **We Offer:** * Direct employment contract * Offered salary: $10,000 net * Biweekly payroll payment * Statutory benefits Salary: $9,800.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
