Collaborative role working with cross-functional teams **GS HEADHUNTER LATAM busca Inventory Control Analyst en Polanco \- Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Multinational leader in the fashion industry is expanding and hiring for its**Inventory Control**team. The**Inventory Control Analyst**will play a key role in monitoring inventory movements, supporting retail operations, and improving data accuracy across multiple systems. Location: Hybrid Polanco Mexico City, Monday to Friday. **Position Summary:** Assist Loss Prevention \& Inventory Control team in managing all aspects of inventory control for US and Canada. **Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:** * Monitor weekly inventory activity within The Company Systems, ensuring accurate data flow across WMS, ERP, BI and POS. Identify discrepancies in stock movements and ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent system driven inventory losses. * Oversee weekly reporting and reconciliation of open POs, RTVs, Discounts reporting and system generated inventory adjustments. Partner with cross functional teams (Warehouse, Retail Operations, Stores, Accounting, IT, etc.) to maintain accurate end to end inventory visibility. * Provide daily operational support to retail stores and internal teams addressing inquiries relating to open shipments, system posted returns, damages, theft and other back\-end processes. * Identify outliers, data integrity issues and process gaps, communicating findings to management and recommending improvements to workflows, system configurations or reporting logic. * Knowledge of RFID (Radio\-Frequency Identification) process in retail environment a plus. * Develop and deliver concise actionable reports to leadership highlighting recurring issues or opportunities to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy. * Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends based on business needs. * Perform additional ad hoc tasks or special projects related to loss prevention and inventory management. **Qualifications:** * Strong operational mindset with a focus on back\-end systems, data integrity and process optimization. * 2\-3 years relevant experience in inventory operations, retail systems, or a similar analytical role. * Demonstrated ability to innovate and streamline processes, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency. * Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms and Business Intelligence solutions is preferred. * Proven ability to build, manage and refine exception\-based reporting to identify system discrepancies and operational risks. * Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret trends, trouble shoot anomalies and translate into actionable insights. * Previous experience crossing checking data from different databases to deliver useful insights to the management board. * Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUPS, PIVOTS, SUMIF, DATA CLEANSING, Etc.). * Manage data prompts (AO in Excel) and create cross\-system, traceable reports by consolidating data from multiple sources. * Excellent planning, critical thinking, problem\-solving abilities with strong organizational skills. * High attention to details and a commitment to accuracy in system data and reporting. * Understanding of Retail Operations, Inventory Control, and Loss Prevention with retail apparel environment. * Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to collaborate effectively across business teams. * Ability to handle multiple priorities, adapting to shifting business needs, and remain flexible in a fast\-paced environment. * Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines. * Proficiency in both written and spoken English required. **Your benefits:** * A comprehensive benefits package which includes: * Gross monthly salary: $32,000 MX * Robust compensation package above the legal requirements. * Flexible office hours. * Birthday off. * Exclusive employee discounts. * Comprehensive wellness programs to promote health \& well\-being. * Continuous development. * Life and career plan.
