With a history of commitment and dedication, we offer a fun and energetic environment for our employees, providing opportunities for professional development and growth. \*\*Location:\*\* The position is located in Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education required: University studies without degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Communication, Administration, or related field. * Previous experience of 1 year in activities related to those of an instructor, facilitator, training analyst, or instructional designer. * Knowledge in the development and design of training materials (Presentations, infographics, documents, evaluations, etc.) * Proficiency with technological tools for design (PowerPoint, Genially, Powtoon, Canva, etc) * Basic knowledge of training regulations (DC3\) **Job Responsibilities** * Design and develop training materials (infographics, presentations, documents, activities, etc.) and assessments. * Issue training activity announcements, ensuring proper and timely communication regarding their execution and the objective of each session. * Monitor the delivery of training sessions, providing support and guaranteeing that the established agenda, schedule, and objectives are met, as well as collecting photographic evidence and evaluation results. * Manage session logistics, ensuring availability of spaces, materials, equipment, teaching methods, coffee breaks, and schedules. * Generate reports on the results of each session to identify the effectiveness of the training. * Prepare and register DC\-3\ formats. * Schedule and follow up on induction training to ensure effective integration into job responsibilities. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Monthly salary of $14,600\. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Free access to the gym. * Job stability. * Professional development and growth opportunities.
