Your responsibilities will include conducting functional analyses, resolving technical issues, collaborating with teams on IT projects, and documenting processes. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our headquarters in Toluca de Lerdo, Mexico. **Requirements** * Solid knowledge of systems analysis and user requirements identification. * Skills in data analysis and business analysis methodologies. * Experience with information technologies and ability to resolve technical problems. * Ability to work in teams, excellent communication skills, and a process improvement orientation are highly valued.
