Ø Manage payroll-related incidents involving salary payments and compensation, including earnings/deductions such as taxes, bonuses, disability leave, vacation time, etc. Ø Calculate, manage, and administer meal, restaurant, gasoline vouchers, and incentive programs. Ø Administer the Savings Fund. Ø Verify and validate information prior to payroll closing. Ø Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate disbursement of payroll payments and accruals. Ø Prepare, calculate, and process final settlements and severance payments. Ø Submit personnel movements to IMSS (hires, terminations, and changes). Ø Prepare, calculate, and reconcile employer-employee contributions (SUA). Ø Calculate bimonthly variable amounts. Ø Stamp and reconcile payroll CFDIs. Ø Perform monthly payroll reconciliations. Ø Provide employee support regarding payments, pay slips, and personal data. Ø Submit periodic reports to various departments. Ø Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Ø Calculate and remit taxes (Income Tax – Payroll Tax). *Master Data:* Ø Administer and update personnel master data in Workday and Tress systems. Ø Create and maintain accurate records for hires, terminations, position changes, promotions, transfers, and any other organizational data. Ø Ensure integrity and consistency of personal, contractual, and organizational data across both systems. Ø Ensure compliance with internal and global policies. **Competencies (Experience/Education):** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Experience: 2–3 years of prior experience in Human Resources (preferably in a generalist role). 3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR management systems (Workday or similar preferred). Payroll administration and incident management. Ability to address and resolve employee issues effectively. Collaborative work capability. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (data validation, formulas). Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), and Social Security Law (LSS). Familiarity with Tress system or similar is desirable. IDSE\-SUA\-SIPARE\-INFONAVIT Employer Portal Treasury portals for ISN payment. **Skills (Knowledge/Capabilities):** High attention to detail.
