Job stability and a customer service focus. **We’re growing—and we want you to be part of it!** Due to the **constant growth of our operations**, we are opening new positions for climate control specialists seeking stability and a real career plan. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Maintenance and Execution:** Perform installations as well as preventive and corrective maintenance specialized for Mini Split equipment. * **Technical Diagnosis:** Prepare accurate reports, logs, and diagnostics of identified faults to ensure customer satisfaction. * **Logistics Operations:** Assist in the transportation and loading of materials, ensuring proper care of tools and work equipment. **What we’re looking for in you:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 verifiable year of experience installing and maintaining Mini Split equipment. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency with measurement tools, fault diagnosis, and refrigerant charging. * **Skills:** Ability to drive a standard vehicle (a valid driver’s license is preferred). * **Attitude:** Responsibility, punctuality, and a customer service focus. **What we offer you:** * **Base Salary:** $14,000 MXN gross **per month** (paid punctually on the 13th and 28th\). * **Performance Bonuses:** Earn up to $8,500 extra **biweekly**!
