This role is critical for the analysis, design, and End\-to\-End (E2E) development of transactional platforms. If you consider yourself self-taught, proactive, and firmly committed to continuous learning, this opportunity will allow you to tackle major technical challenges within a hybrid work model (2–3 days onsite).** **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Active participation and support in Java and Spring development initiatives.** * **Analysis and design of solutions.** * **End\-to\-End (E2E) development and release of components.** * **Planning and tracking work plans to ensure timely and accurate task completion.** * **Interaction and collaboration with other involved departments.** **Job Challenges:** * **The primary challenge lies in cross-functional collaboration with various systems departments to ensure timely achievement of tasks and objectives. The candidate is expected to maintain a self-taught profile, be proactive, assume responsibilities, and pursue continuous learning to support E2E component development.** **Experience:** * **Minimum 2–3 years of Java development experience.** * **Back End development experience (mandatory).** **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * **Experience with Java Spring.** * **API development.** * **Database knowledge (preferably Oracle).** * **Git (GitHub) proficiency.** * **Experience with Control M.** **Desirable Knowledge:** * **Cloud architecture knowledge.** **Desirable Education:** * **Bachelor’s degree and/or Engineering degree.** **Desirable Languages:** * **Basic Technical English.** **Desirable Certifications:** * **Agile framework certification.** * **Java APX/ASO certification.** * **JIRA proficiency.** **Cultural Skills:** **· Customer first** **· We are one team** **Cross-Functional Skills:** **· Continuous learning** **· Effective communication** **· Data-driven decision making** **· Execution focus** **How to Apply?** **If interested, apply by clicking “Apply”.
