




**Multimedia Designer** **Location:** **Modality:** On-site **Position Type:** Full-time **Department:** Institutional Design **Target age range:** 25–40 **Gender:** Indifferent **About the Role** We are seeking a results-oriented Multimedia Designer to conceptualize and produce graphic, audiovisual, and animated content that strengthens institutional communication and engagement with our educational community. We highly value your technical proficiency, creativity, and resourcefulness in delivering high-impact materials within school timelines. **Responsibilities** * Design and produce **videos** (short clips, interviews, event highlights), **motion graphics**, **graphic pieces**, and **social media content**. * Capture and edit photos/videos (basic lighting, composition, color correction, clean audio). * Adapt formats for **social media**, websites, internal displays, and newsletters. * Conceptualize visual campaigns for **admissions, events, festivals, and school communication**. * Manage asset libraries (templates, fonts, licensed music/FX). * Coordinate with academic and internal departments to translate briefs into clear deliverables. **Essential Requirements** * **5 years** of verifiable experience as a multimedia designer / content creator. * **Experience in schools** or **Jewish institutions** (desirable/significantly valued). * Operational proficiency in: * **Adobe CC**: **Premiere Pro**, **After Effects**, **Photoshop**, **Illustrator** (essential). * Complete video workflow: pre/production/post (basic audio in **Audition** or equivalent). * Preparation of content for social media (formats, compression, subtitling, accessibility). * **Time management and organization** of files/projects. * Excellent **spelling and editorial judgment** for text-based materials. * Ability to plan, prioritize, and **meet school calendar deadlines**. * **Demonstrable experience in the role** (portfolio/reel required). * **Skills and competencies** (creativity, storytelling, rhythm, brand management, technical problem-solving). * **Academic background**. * **Special characteristics** (autonomy, organization, service orientation, institutional sensitivity). **Desirable** * **Master’s degree in multimedia design and video**. * Knowledge of **Figma**/**XD** for simple UI prototypes. * Photography and basic **lighting setup**; **streaming**/**OBS** for live coverage. * Cultural sensitivity and prior work in **educational communities**. **Soft Skills** * Creativity and storytelling, attention to detail and brand consistency, service orientation, clear communication, teamwork, autonomy, and on-time delivery. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Benefits * Equipment and software licenses * Collaborative environment **How to Apply:** **Apply via Indeed** by attaching your CV: * Include 3–5 representative samples (1 short video, 1 animation/motion piece, 1 social media carousel, 1 poster/banner).
