Requirements
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, International Trade, or related field; degree certification is mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarder operations
Advanced English (mandatory)
RESPONSIBILITIES
* End-to-end coordination of international shipments
* Tracking of bookings with shipping lines and airlines
* Review and submission of documentation to agents and clients
* Monitoring of cargo status and system updates
* Constant communication with internal departments (pricing, sales, customs)
* Handling of operational incidents
* Control of transit times and KPI compliance
