Where no two days are the same. **Your role** ------------- As a Cost Engineering Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our automotive financial planning team, providing critical cost insights that drive strategic decisions throughout the vehicle development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure cost targets are met while maintaining product quality and performance standards. In this role you will play a key role in: * **Component Cost Analysis:** Estimate piece costs for various vehicle components (BIW, head lamps, ECUs, interior trims, etc.). Analyze supplier quotes against estimated budgets to identify variances. Evaluate vendor tooling costs and fluctuations to support accurate financial planning * **Cost Optimization \& Benchmarking:** Conduct vehicle teardown and benchmarking activities to identify cost improvement opportunities. Generate cost reduction proposals based on technical and commercial analysis. Support supplier negotiations with data\-driven insights and alternative solutions. * **Cross\-functional Collaboration:** Support global Product Engineering Cost (PEC) activities across multiple teams. Work closely with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing departments. Promote cost awareness throughout the organization through effective communication. * **Financial Planning \& Reporting:** Track and validate actual component costs against targets. Report on cost KPIs and ensure alignment with financial objectives. Contribute to budget planning processes for new vehicle programs. **Your profile** ---------------- * Good conversational **English** skills (B2, C1, C2\) * **Industrial or process engineering** background preferred, with understanding of manufacturing technologies (die casting, machining, etc.) and toolmaking experience beneficial. * Strong **numerical and analytical** skills with the ability to interpret **complex cost data** and develop actionable insights for decision\-making. * Advanced skills in **Excel** and **data analysis tools**, with the ability to create detailed cost models and scenarios. * Understanding of **automotive components, manufacturing processes, and supplier landscape** to effectively evaluate costs and identify opportunities. * Excellent verbal and written **communication** abilities. Maintenance Supervisor
**Requirements:** * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in general maintenance. * Knowledge of **welding** (ideally across various materials). * Experience in **repair and maintenance of air conditioning systems**. * Knowledge of **preventive and corrective maintenance** of equipment and structures. * Ability to perform **general infrastructure repairs** (plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.). * Proactivity, organization, and problem-solving orientation. * Availability to work full-time and occasionally outside regular working hours in case of emergencies. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** of company equipment and systems, including air conditioning systems, machinery, and other general equipment. * **Weld** parts or structures as required. * Coordinate and supervise general repairs (plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.). * Identify and diagnose issues in equipment, systems, or infrastructure, and propose effective solutions. * Conduct **periodic inspections** of equipment and facilities to ensure proper operation and safety. * Maintain detailed records of work performed and equipment status. * Manage tool and spare parts inventory, ensuring availability and proper usage. **We offer:** * Competitive salary of **$11,000 per month**. * Opportunities for growth and continuous training. * A dynamic and constantly evolving work environment. **If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please send us your CV with your experience and salary expectations.
