Leaders in educational innovation, with strategic vision, leadership skills, results-oriented mindset, and commitment to academic excellence. **Purpose of the Position** Supervise, support, and monitor students’ academic experience from enrollment through program development, ensuring service aligned with institutional standards. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in academic or school coordination * Management of training programs * Teaching experience * Proficiency in virtual educational platforms **Technical Knowledge** * Academic management in virtual modality * Learning Management System (LMS) proficiency * Digital academic monitoring and school record management * Learning assessment processes * Academic planning * Report preparation * Collaborative digital tools * Basic knowledge of educational regulations (RVOE) **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the student enrollment process * Provide academic support and guidance * Monitor progress within educational platforms * Manage and channel academic incidents * Prepare student performance reports * Maintain communication with faculty and central office **Key Competencies** * Assertive communication * Organization and planning * Service orientation * Conflict management * Teamwork * Time management Salary: $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
