***LOSS PREVENTION*** I. **Requirements:** * **Gender:** Not specified * **Marital status:** Not specified * **Age range:** 22 to 35 years old * **Education level:** Completed or incomplete high school * **Years of experience: \+2** years of experience in Inventory, Security and/or Loss Prevention. * **Software:** Basic Microsoft Excel * **Availability to start immediately** * **Resides near Santa Catarina area** II. **Responsibilities:** * Audit incoming and outgoing merchandise from the warehouse. * Investigate and document incidents of loss, theft, or fraud. * Train staff on security procedures and loss prevention protocols. * Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Human Resources departments to strengthen security measures. * Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies in loss prevention. * Supervise movement of merchandise / fixed assets, including entry and exit (direct or indirect). Includes general spare parts, computer equipment, etc. * High-value counting. * Merchandise standards and verification of proper merchandise placement. * Loss prevention logs. * Control and management of shrinkage.
