A company dedicated to the development, production, and marketing of food additives for the poultry industry is seeking: **Human Resources Specialist** **Main responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel (job posting, interviews, and final selection). * Management of attendance incidents, overtime hours, and personnel movements. * Database management and support in onboarding processes. * Coordination of training and development programs. * Compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), ISO 9001, and NOM-035. * Preparation and follow-up of personnel reports. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree with official title. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, ASA, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and NOM-035. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **We offer:** * Salary: $15,000 net monthly. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 hrs. * Biweekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers ($800 starting in the third month). * Life insurance and medical expense coverage (after one year).
